  • Every situation is unique, however it is recommended to have an initial 3 sessions within 3-6 weeks to experience noticeable benefits. Afterwards, clients can choose a maintenance schedule that works for them – some people get a tune up monthly, some feel less frequent maintenance is adequate, while others choose to do another 3 sessions when they feel it is necessary.

  • You will be sent a Zoom link and will log on at the appointment time. We will chat a bit about your goals for the session. We will then turn off device cameras and, if you choose, I will then start to record. It is recommended to mute your device – except, of course, for when you wish to speak – to eliminate background noise that may cause distraction when you listen to the playback. A link to access the recording will be emailed to you within 48 hours. Please download a copy of the recording to your device for safekeeping.

  • You will arrive at the studio to fill out paperwork and we will chat a bit about your hopes and goals for the session. Once in the treatment room, you will only need to remove your shoes and relax on the massage table. I will open selected acupressure points on your body with a weighted tuning fork – clients can always decline on-body work if they choose. I will talk you through some visualization to allow energy to flow through your body. Afterwards, I will determine which area of the body would like to be worked, and begin using tuning forks in the body’s biofield. After the energy portion of the session, I typically do some on-body work on the back of the body if time allows.

    Please wear comfortable clothing for your Biofield Tuning session. The massage table has the option to be heated, and blankets are available should you need them.

    Clients are free to record sessions if they choose; recordings will not be provided for in-person sessions. Clients may also bring a trusted person into the room for support or to take notes. Please budget 2 hours for the first session, and subsequent sessions last approximately 75-90 minutes.

  • Group distance sessions are inspired by Biofield Tuning, but do not always follow a traditional Biofield Tuning protocol. You will log on at the time of the session, and make yourself comfortable (do not drive or do anything that requires focused concentration during tunings). Cameras will be off and microphones will be muted. I will discuss the inspiration for the session, based on the astrology of the new or full moon. I will then begin the tuning, which will last for approximately one hour. Recordings will be available within 48 hours.

  • Fine Tuned Wellness accepts cash, credit cards, and in certain situations, Venmo. Square Invoices will be sent to Biofield Tuning distance clients. In certain cases, your HSA account may be used for massage or salt booth payments.

  • Generally speaking, the more areas that you would like me to address, or if you prefer deeper pressure, the longer the session. A 60-minute massage is best for 1-2 areas of discomfort, or an upper or lower body-focused massage (for example, some people with neck and shoulder discomfort choose an upper body-only massage).

    A 90-minute massage is best for people with 3-4 areas of concern or those who prefer deeper pressure. It is not possible to work quickly when a full-body deep tissue massage is preferred, as this is painful for the client.

    120 minutes massages will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
